We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Dress the Population purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn garments with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
